The short version

We collect what you type into our contact form and nothing else that identifies you. We do not sell it, share it, or send you marketing you did not ask for.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, business name and whatever you write in the message. That is it — there are no hidden fields.

Our host records standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running. These are not linked to you and are discarded on the host's own schedule.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, and to prepare a quote if you want one. We keep enquiry emails so we have a record of what was agreed. We do not build advertising profiles.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, which is why you were not shown a consent banner. If we ever add analytics, it will be a privacy-respecting tool that does not track you across other websites, and this page will say so.

Who else sees it

Only the people who need to: our email provider and our form delivery service, both acting on our instructions. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone, ever.

Your choices

Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Emailhello@fownd.site and we will action it — no form to fill in, no retention team trying to talk you out of it.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than slipped in quietly.
