Most business apps are screens, lists, forms and a camera. For that, paying to build the same thing twice is hard to justify. One version means one set of problems to fix and both app stores from a single release.
The trade-off is a thin layer between the app and the phone. For most business apps you would never notice it. For anything with heavy graphics or unusual gestures you would, and in that case we will tell you to build properly for each phone instead of selling you the cheaper option that disappoints.
Where one screen genuinely needs the extra speed, we build that screen the proper way and share everything else. It does not have to be all or nothing.
